Prime Building Consultants Ltd
Background
Prime Building Consultants Limited was established in 1993 by Derek Nicholson and Paul Weobley. By amalgamating their many years experience as a chartered architect and chartered building surveyor respectively, Prime Building Consultants Limited has developed into a multi-disciplinary professional practice providing a comprehensive architectural and surveying service.
As part of the Prime Group, the practice is able to offer an extensive range of architectural and surveying services to both the public and private sectors including quantity surveying, building surveying, planning and design, project management and cc-ordination and contract administration. Experience covers a wide range of projects, including new build and refurbishment in residential, commercial, health, education and retail sectors.
To respond directly to client demands to provide a "one stop shop", the practice is able to offer specialist services and has dedicated and experienced staff to achieve this. Facility and relocation management, party wall surveying, defect diagnosis, expert witness reports and planning supervisors are a few of the specialist services available. In addition, under the Prime Group banner. Prime Construction Consultants Limited has achieved Corporate Approved Inspector status and is able to undertake the Local Authority Building control function for the majority of commercial and residential projects.
The practice occupies its own office premises located in the County town of Maidstone, Kent, enabling good access to London and the South East. However, with excellent communications and the benefit of our associated office in Thame, Oxfordshire the practice does not limit its geographical cover.
