Pre-Planning Services
The Prime Group will utilise previous knowledge and experience gained from working in the construction industry to be able to offer a unique view on pre-planning advice.
Planning and Planning Appeals
The process of planning can be a complicated and daunting task - however, the Prime Group can lighten the load by offering comprehensive planning advise, liaising with local councils and/or undertaking the paperwork required to push your project forward.
Architecture and Design
This department can provide the client with a design package which ensures that all aspects of the build are considered from the design stage, through construction to the finished structure. The advantage of working in a multi-disciplinary firm means all our architects have planning and building control knowledge at their disposal.
Structural Engineering
The structural engineer will work with the design team and/or client to ensure the structure will maintain continuity of the design required at conception.
Sustainable Development
The Prime Group have energy assessors who can provide SAP Calculations for new dwellings and also sustainability assessors who can undertake the BRE EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes packages.
Health and Safety
CDM co-ordination is an integral part of the design and build process, all of our surveyors have extensive experience in Health and Safety procedures and disciplines.
Corporate Approved Inspector
Prime Groups in-house Building Control department offers a fast, efficient and flexible alternative to using the Local Authority Building Control. Our Building Control Surveyors are experienced in the unpredictability of the building process and will work with the client to overcome and problems that may arise.
Building Surveying
The Building Surveying team are highly qualified and have the experience in surveying to offer a competitive and comprehensive service, ensuring the client will have confidence in appointing a surveyor to act on their behalf.
